You can send self-destructing photo in basic Telegram chats (even not private/encryped ones)

This service receives your incoming messages and if it see any self-destructing photo, service will copy it to your saved messages.

Discontinued in favor of android client patch alternative.

No sources, because distribution of such things is prohibited by the Telegram Terms of Service (paragraph 1.4)
